Please fill out this form to schedule an in-person Session at your local Mac Store.
Your initial assessment is always free. The assessment allows us to answer your most pressing questions, but can also be used to determine whether your issues or questions are software or hardware-related, or maybe our expert Macologist just needs to show you something new to solve your problem. It can also be used for finalizing trade-in quotes.
If our expert Macologist determines that your machine should be transferred to service for diagnosis and possible repair, they can facilitate that for you as well.
When necessary, a longer Support Session or Knowledge Session of up to 30 minutes with your Macologist is just $49.
Please note: while all locations can perform iPhone training and troubleshoot software issues, currently only our Portland, Seattle, Eugene, and Olympia locations can perform iPhone hardware work and facilitate replacements.
iPhone hardware service will not be available December 15th-16th at our Portland and Seattle locations, due to a required Apple system update. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. Normal iPhone service will resume Wednesday, December 17th.
